What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment for store credit

• They must be in original condition without any 
• Hang tags and hygiene sticker MUST be attached
• Garment bag MUST be returned as well

Giftcards and sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my giftcard?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
• If you are approved, a giftcard will be sent within one business day

Orders are processed in the order we receive them unless you've chosen expedited shipping. Delivery time varies depending on your region. 

**Transit time does not include processing time. We will process your order within 2-3 business days, for sale times and holidays, processing times will increase.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for a refund

Please reach out to our customer support ASAP as we process orders quickly. If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes to your order and you would need to place a new order.
